One Rolfing® session is about 70 minutes long, the first one a bit longer.

One Session costs CHF 170 in Zürich / R$ 280 in São Paulo / AR$ 300 in Buenos Aires.

Rolfing® will be covered by your Swiss health insurance if you have the complimentary medicine plan, “Zusatzversicherung.“ Call your health insurance to find out how much exactly will be covered towards Rolfing.

Please remember that there is a 24-hour cancellation period.
Late cancellations and missed appointments will be charged the full fee.

My practice is located on Färberstrasse 15, first floor (elevator available), in Zürich-Seefeld close by the public swimming bath Utoquai and Opera House.

Via Public Transportation:

Tram 2 or 4 “Direction Tiefenbrunnen” exit on station “Kreuzstrasse”. Continue walking in the direction of the tram until you can turn right into Färberstrasse which brings you towards the lake. My practice is in the last block at the lake.

Parking for 1-2h is available in the surrounding blocks. There is also the parking garage Utoquai on the same block.
